I'd like to come up with some fancy excuse as to why I ate dessert for breakfast, but I just can't do that. My reason was.... Because they're freaking tasty. This was my first attempt at making crepes and I used this recipe. I have to admit, this recipe kind of frustrated me. It didn't brown like I thought it would. Luckily they still taste delicious! I decided to fill them with Nutella and red raspberry preserves with a quick sprinkle of powdered sugar. You can stop drooling now.
So next time, I'm going to make crepes "Julia style". I.E- From Mastering the Art of French Cooking. I'll be sure to document that as well.
